Learn how the Discovery Package Works
Meaningful psychiatric care often takes more than one visit. Our Discovery Package provides the time and support needed to understand your clinical history, clarify diagnoses, begin treatment, and evaluate how you respond before determining the best structure for ongoing care. Discovery typically covers your first three to four months of treatment.

The first step is to contact us and then complete our clinical screening form. Your responses help us determine whether our services and treatment approach are likely to be a good fit for your needs.

After your screening is approved, you will meet your prospective provider for a brief fit call. At this stage, we are generally confident that the practice is an appropriate clinical fit. The call gives you an opportunity to meet the provider, ask questions, and decide whether you feel comfortable moving forward.

Yes. The enrollment fee covers your provider fit call and is based on the provider you select:
Physician: $99
Nurse Practitioner: $79
If you move forward with the Discovery Package, the full enrollment fee is applied toward the package price.

The Discovery Package is designed to support approximately the first three to four months of treatment. The exact timing of appointments may vary based on your clinical needs and treatment plan.

Toward the end of the Discovery Period, your provider will review your progress and recommend the ongoing membership tier that best fits your clinical needs.
Your recommended services, appointment access, and monthly rate will be reviewed with you before you transition into membership care.

There is no obligation to continue if you decide the practice is not the right long-term fit. However, ongoing prescribing and follow-up care through Clarity Integrative Psychiatry generally require enrollment in the clinically recommended membership after the Discovery Period.

Clarity Integrative Psychiatry is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance.
Services completed through a Discovery Package or membership are not eligible for superbills. We recommend checking any out-of-network benefits directly with your insurance plan before beginning care.

We have a variety of payment plans available. If you choose a recurring payment plan, you may be required to store a card on file. We do also have options for Manual Billing (a $15/month fee applies). Autopay via debit or ACH is also available.
