Begin Your Screening & Exploration Phase
All new patients begin by completing a brief clinical Screening, followed, if a strong clinical fit, by a 10-15 minute Provider Introduction Call ($99) — no commitment required. The Screening helps us review whether Clarity is the right match and the Provider Introduction Call ensures your provider is the best fit for you, prior to committing to our Discovery Package and scheduling your first appointment.
