Membership

Following Discovery, your clinician will recommend a membership tier tailored to your ongoing clinical needs — not a preset package.

A NOTE ABOUT SPECIALTY SERVICES

We offer individualized care through a collaborative team of providers — including specialized services from Lindsay Fuson, APRN. Lindsay's services are offered as a dedicated, separate service track for patients pursuing that specific area of care, and are not included in the standard membership tiers.

Think of it as an additional discovery phase or package of appointments for patients who want that specialized support. Your patient coordinator can help clarify how these services may complement — or operate independently from — your core care plan. A detailed outline is coming soon.

Frequently asked questions

  • Your membership term begins the business day before your first appointment. Completing your contract early does not start your term — no billing occurs until activation.

  • Yes — a $99 one-time enrollment fee applies. This fee is fully waived for established patients who complete their contract during the transition period.

  • No. You may choose Manual Billing (a $15/month fee applies). Autopay via saved card or ACH is also available.

  • No. If you are in crisis, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room. This intro call is informational only.
