We believe in full transparency regarding treatment costs and expectations. To maintain transparency and deliver exceptional and consistent care to all of our clients, we are a self-pay practice only.
If you would like to utilize insurance, please call your insurance provider about options for out-of-network provider coverage.
In an effort to offer a variety of services and costs, we have two providers at our practice. Please view their rates via the links below.
Our appointment rates include: the time spent in appointment, clinical evaluation prior to, during and after your appointment, prescription and administrative support between appointments, collaboration with care team, 24-48 hour response time, and additional services as needed.
